Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are accepting all the conditions found below.

  • I'm selling digital art only at the moment.

  • I have the right to deny a commission for any reason.

  • I retain the rights of my work, including self-promotion and uploading to my social platforms, unless previously agreed upon in which case your commission will be kept private.

  • You may publish my art to your platforms. When using it, I politely ask for credit to be given and a link provided to any of my social medias.

  • All my pieces will have a watermark.

  • Payment is upfront through Paypal.

  • Await confirmation before sending payment.

  • You can't resell, claim as your own, remove my signature or reproduce my artwork.

  • A rough sketch will be sent for approval. Once received and given green light to proceed, no refunds will be offered.

  • Delivery times may vary from roughly 1 week to a month, depending to life circumstances and/or complexity of the piece.

  • My art can NOT be used for commercial purposes unless previously agreed upon, traced, claimed as own or used as NFTs.

  • You may NOT use my art to train AIs.

  • If there is a type of artwork you are interested in (eg. sketch pages, icons, badges, etc.), feel free to ask if such service is provided. I will work out a pricing for you and maybe add it to the base list if enough interest is shown!

  • I won't reproduce another artist's style.

  • Character references must be clear. For custom designs, inspiration images will be asked for.

  • Don't be afraid to keep in contact, but please don't constantly ask for updates (meaning, more than once between two days). You will be provided with WIPs if asked for at different stages of the artwork.

  • If you have a deadline (for example, a birthday/holiday gift with very little time of notice), a fee will be asked for in order to prioritize your work.

  • The preferred contact media is Discord, seconded by E-mail.

  • If you plan on printing your artwork, notice me beforehand in order to provide a .CMYK file.

  • You retain rights to custom designs, meaning you can resell at whatever price you want or use them in any way (unless breaking the commercial purpose if not agreed upon or the NFT rule). However, I still retain the rights to the artwork itself.

  • NSFW content has a different and higher price. Send me a message and I'll give you the rates. You need to be +18 of age to order NSFW art.

I will draw:

  • Animals / Fantasy Creatures / Monsters

  • Furries (Feral / Anthro)

  • Original Characters

  • Humans / Humanoids

  • Simple Accessories / Weapons / Armors

  • Soft Gore / Blood

  • NSFW (Unfortunately I lost my examples, need new ones!)

I will NOT draw:

  • Mechas

  • Extreme Gore

  • Fetishes that include minors

  • Dehumanizing situations (Racism, violence, etc.)

  • NFTs

  • Anything I'm uncomfortable with, please feel free to ask.
